As young adults, we’re expected to know things that we’re never taught, which can be distressing and uncomfortable. In this course, you’ll have opportunities to connect with others to form ongoing meaningful relationships.
This course has been updated based on feedback from your peers to be increasingly relevant to current student experiences. We welcome those who have taken this course before and newcomers alike!

Learn all about reclaiming your power
Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m. — 5:30 p.m. ET (July 6–27, 2022)
Resilience is when we’re able bounce back from difficulties. Contrary to popular belief, resiliency isn’t innate. It’s something that can be learned and fostered. Throughout this group, in a structured group setting, we’ll engage in discussions and activities to help manage and cope with life’s stressors. Plus, we’ll highlight our strengths to better equip us to cope and adapt to challenging situations. Join us in this four-week journey to reclaiming our power.
