Activating Accommodations

Hello, and welcome back! This page is for all undergraduate, graduate, and divinity program studentswho have an accommodation plan. If you’re new to SAS, learn more about how to register.

You must activate your accommodations at the beginning of each term or when you enroll in a new course or section. This is important because it ensures your instructors are aware of your accommodations. Once we’ve processed your request, you’ll receive your letter of accommodation.

You must activate test and midterm accommodations at least 10 calendar days before the test.

If you were an undergraduate student already registered with SAS, your case file was archived when you graduated. If you require accommodations for your graduate courses, please contact sas@mcmaster.ca, and we’ll follow up from there.
