Appointments

First Appointment/Intake

  • For any student requesting a first appointment with SAS, regardless of whether an undergraduate, graduate, continuing, or any other student, you must first make an appointment to speak with a Program Coordinator.
  • If you are not yet a McMaster student and seek to learn about SAS and their services, you may wish to make an appointment to speak with the SAS Transition Coordinator.
  • For first time students registering with SAS for accommodations, please complete the Intake Package.

Follow-Up Appointments

  • Follow-up appointments with your SAS Program Coordinator can be booked at any time.
  • At specific times of the year (e.g. prior to exams) SAS will make available walk-in appointments for specific inquiries.
  • Appointments typically are in person, however, if circumstances require appointments may be scheduled through other means (e.g. telephone).
  • Changes to academic accommodation can be made only by appointment.
  • Students returning to school after a long period of absence, or any student who is changing degrees (e.g. entering graduate school) should first make an appointment to follow-up with their Program Coordinator before activating any accommodations.
