For any student requesting a first appointment with SAS, regardless of whether an undergraduate, graduate, continuing, or any other student, you must first make an appointment to speak with a Program Coordinator.
If you are not yet a McMaster student and seek to learn about SAS and their services, you may wish to make an appointment to speak with the SAS Transition Coordinator.
For first time students registering with SAS for accommodations, please complete the Intake Package.
Follow-up appointments with your SAS Program Coordinator can be booked at any time.
At specific times of the year (e.g. prior to exams) SAS will make available walk-in appointments for specific inquiries.
Appointments typically are in person, however, if circumstances require appointments may be scheduled through other means (e.g. telephone).
Changes to academic accommodation can be made only by appointment.
Students returning to school after a long period of absence, or any student who is changing degrees (e.g. entering graduate school) should first make an appointment to follow-up with their Program Coordinator before activating any accommodations.
