Effective January 3, 2011
A “no show” occurs when a student is not present for an appointment more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time
A “no show” occurs when a student calls to cancel less than 24 hours in advance
A “no show” fee shall be $30 or $50 depending on the type.
The No Show policy DOES NOT APPLY to Registrar’s Exams (April/December Exams and February/June Deferred Exams)
This policy applies to all students attending a Disability Services appointment and or a Disability Services administered term test or exam
FOR BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
Student who “no show” for a booked appointment shall be subject to a $30 “no show fee”
Student will be allowed (1) one “no show” appointment in a session (Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer) after which, a fee will be charged for the “second no show” and each subsequent “no show”.
FOR BOOKED CLASS TEST
Student who “no show” for a booked test shall be subject to a $50 “no show fee”
Student will be allowed (1) one “no show” for a booked test in a session (Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer) after which, a fee will be charged for the “second no show” and each subsequent “no show”
